Dear Paul,

 Thank you so much for the unbelievably great job you did selling our house.  Your dedication to us, your steadfastness and assurances when we felt discouraged, your honesty, your sense of humor, and your friendship made the process so much easier.  And, it all paid off, our house got the highest price for its type in the area!  We couldn´t have done it without you!   

Because of you, the entire process, from the initial listing to the closing, went so smoothly.  What could have been a stressful event turned out to actually be fun.
